Can anyone give me some reliable resources on Honduras?

I am doing a powerpoint/report on Honduras. I have been finding most of my information on the CIA website. I've Googled some of my information, but all that seems to come up is Wikipedia, a "non-creditable" resource. Does anybody know of some good websites with maps, population, literacy rate, average individual income, type of government, independence day (day & year), major industries,etc.?
