Would it have made a difference in the outcome if Julio Cesar Chavez fought Whitaker at 147?

I think if it went down that way, Chavez would have flat out lost by UD. The extra two pounds would just accommodate Whitaker's stamina better ,thus, giving him more energy. Many people don't understand that in boxing one pound can make all the difference in a fight. Fighting at welterweight would yield Chavez worse results than their actual fight.
