How can capricorn be stable and capricious at the same time?

* In the 30+ years I have been studying astrology I have never heard of Capricorn being described as capricious. That's quite a reach to say that, I'd like to know who said that. Capricorn can be emotional, but I see capricious as being more whimsical, more like Ur rather than Saturn or Cap. They are not that, IMHO

Ok so there's this really cute guy at my camp he always shears his snacknwith me, touches me not in a creepy way just on the shoulder and at luch he sits next to me, puts my stuff away (he's like a puppy dog) yesterday we went to the pool and I was wearing this swimsuit that showed alot of I was laying on 1 of those lawn chair this that go all the way back and he said " oh my what a view" and he's allways commenting on my looks. Nobody is trying to secede. It is just the states way of 'protesting' our ridiculous federal government... it is just symbolic.
