Transfering characters in world of warcraft?

Ok i set up my current a/c on wow 2yrs ago using an old email addy. I have now started up a new a/c for my girlfriend and want to transfer my chars to new a/c but can only do this with my old email addy. Major prob here is that i cant remember my pword for my old a/c as never used it since. When i try to change it via "forgot pword" it will not give me opt to ans my secret pword GRRRRRR help me!!
