Girls Next door Question?

I heard that 2 of them (Holly and kendra i think) were leaving for other things. Holly wanted to get married and have kids i think but that was all i heard. And i think they're bringing in twins to replace them... either that or they're just getting replaced and the twins were one of the possibility. Hope that helps.
