Possibility of HIV or other disease?

I went to go get my nails done at a licensed place, the person filing my nails accidentally cut my pinkie.. nothing huge just like a little speck of blood showed up on the right side of my pinkie. Is there any way this could transfer HIV or any other disease? I kind of doubt it since what are the chances someone else has gotten cut with that, and that stuff would be on the exact same area. The thing is, is that I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, so now I'm worried out of my mind. I called them and asked them if they sterilized their equipment and they said that yes they did. Please don't be mean about this, I am very worried.
