What do I do if I think I hear abuse?

Call cps and also talk the officer's superior and explain the situation,and also complain to the landlord, tell him you want your deposit and you plan to move out and you want him to cancel the lease due to the neighbors.Tell him if he don't you'll sue because they are raising a ruckus over there and the walls are supposed to be sound proof by law.
