Does anyone remember the name of this Jackie Chan movie?

He was hired to be an agent or police man undercover and he was given a fabulous hotel room furnished with everything and a closet full of clothes. He was given a huge expense account and he was ecstatic about all of these perks. Then the next day everything goes wrong and he loses it all. He was robbed of all his money and forced to remove his clothing in the hotel parking area. To make matters worse, he got kicked out of the hotel because he was framed and his expense account was yanked from him so he couldn't pay anything anymore. The bad guy was an old man and his son. Jackie goes to visit the old guy in the hospital and the daughter gets mad at him because she doesn't know that her father is a crimelord and Jackie keeps hounding him. Towards the end of the movie there is a chinese festival/parade where everyone is dressed up in costumes and a big shoot-out occurs.
