Please help my girls!!!!!!!!!?

I am on the pill about 5 years the Dianette pill which i know is a very strong pill, for the past 5 months i have been bleeding after , sometimes its only very small but last week when i had there was more blood than usual although i did take two pills that day because i missed my pill but even when i take my pills normal i bleed, i dont have bleeding any other time just after and then ten minutes later its gone, ive tried vaseline so its not lubrication and me and my partner do have deep penentrative but we always have for the past 2 years so i cant see why that is the priblem, ive have urine test for stds and just a quick cervical swab, also i had smear test that was clear about 8 months ago, im 19 years old, could my pill be doing this, or causing cervical erosion because ive been on it so long?
