What should i do? tell her or not?

i work with my friends boyfriend and have noticed he really seems to like another girl. he looks completley smitten with her and is always trying to talk to her and get her attention. they are both 20 and have been going out for about 6 months should i talk to her about it or mention it to him.....i havent got a clue please any advice would be a help. cheersx
